Most residential installs are completed within 2–4 days once equipment is on site. Larger commercial systems can take one to a few weeks depending on size and roof complexity.
A standard on‑grid system shuts off during an outage for safety reasons, by design. If backup power matters to you, a hybrid or off‑grid system with battery storage will keep your essential circuits running.
As a rough guide, each kW of panels needs about 55–65 sq. ft of unshaded roof area, though this varies by panel model. We confirm exact space needed during your site survey.
Cost depends on system size, inverter type and whether you add battery storage. We provide an itemised quote after understanding your consumption and roof — there's no one‑size price.
Payback period depends on your system size, local tariff and how much of your generation you self‑consume versus export. We include a payback estimate in every proposal.
We can discuss phased installation and payment options depending on system size — get in touch with your requirements and we'll let you know what's possible.
Net metering lets you export surplus solar power to the grid in exchange for a bill credit, using a bi‑directional meter. See our full guide on the Insights page for details.
It depends on your DISCO and region, typically a few weeks to a couple of months from application to approved connection. We handle the submission and follow up on your behalf.
Net metering is available through most DISCOs nationwide, though processes and limits vary by region. We'll confirm what applies to your specific connection.
In dusty conditions, a rinse every few weeks during dry months keeps production close to rated output. Monsoon rain does a lot of this naturally.
Panels typically carry a 25‑year performance warranty, and inverters around 5 years, though exact terms depend on the brand specified in your proposal.
